- Preparing export documents, such as B/L, invoice, packing list,
- Controlling inventory and creating report
- Arranging shipment (booking vessel space, arranging trucking
services, creating release orders, etc.)
- Researching and kept truck of regulations and requirements
relative to international shipment, seafood harvest guide lines,
seafood harvest statistics and import quota
- Managing Account Payable and Account Receivable
- Organizing office documents and procured office supplies
- Arranging business trip for employees and customers
-  Excellent written and verbal communication skill
-  Attention to details and strong organization skill
-  Ability to operate office equipments, including personal
computer, fax machine, calculator and digital camera.
-  Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
-  Must be self motivated and have excellent work ethic
